In Person Registration Requirements:

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR UNIFORMS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

For all registered student-athletes, please provide the following: 

1. 3 COPIES of a legal birth certificate or passport (this must be a state or county issued, certified birth certificate, not a hospital certificate). The passport MUST NOT be expired. 

2. Wallet size school photo clearly showing the players face. Please no hats, sunglasses or other items covering the face.

3.  A signed Participant Contract and Tierrasanta Cougars Code of Conduct for parents and players.

4. The registration fees are paid by credit/debit card at the end of the online registration. NO CHECKS or CASH will be accepted.

5. A completed 2021 SDYFC Physical Form  

6. End of year report card (CLEARLY showing grades, school name and participant name)


7. Signed Image Release Form


8. 2 proofs of residency (utility bills like SDG&E, water company)

SDYFC requires ALL of the above documents to be eligible to participate.



YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A DIVISION WITHOUT THESE ITEMS AT REGISTRATION

Cheer $225 **Plus cost of uniform

***All tackle players have the option to use TC helmets and shoulder pads, equipment rental fee of $60 plus a $50 deposit  ***


Registration Payment Plan Option


$75 non-refundable deposit due upon registration and monthly payments of $55  due thereafter.




MANDATORY LEAGUE FUNDRAISER


Every player will be required to sell 6 raffle tickets for $10 each or they may do a $75 buy out option.
